Google has launched a new mobile app for the blind that will allow them to navigate in the same way that they would use their own hands to navigate the vehicle.
The app will be available to users in India on the Google Play Store later this month.
When the car’s on its side, the app will show a slide menu that lets users search for directions to the nearest car.
If the blind user has a visual impairment, it will also show them a menu that shows directions to nearby car displays.
It’s unclear how many users will use the app.
Google’s app has been available in India since the summer and is also being rolled out to other countries, such as Japan, Germany and the US.
If you’re blind or have a visual disability, the Google app is a great tool.
In India, Google says, the application allows users to find the nearest cars, view a map and see how far away a road is.
